Royal Ulster Academy

In 2023 'Granny's Plate' was selected for the Royal Ulster Academy's 142nd Annual Exhibition in the Ulster Museum in Belfast.

Kimberley was delighted to have 'Granny's plate' included in this prestigious showcase of modern art. The original print, a collograph on kadhi handmade paper drew inspiration from the artists own plate that she inherited from her grandmother, Grace. Kimberley has a particular interest in everyday objects that link generations together, in this case a plate which was once reserved for special occasions is now in every day use with Grace's great grandchildren whom she never met.
